Demonstrates the skills of effective time management and ability to prioritise competing demands. Able to work positively with clients or carers who express verbal concerns or complaints about the service and attempts early and effective resolution in conjunction with the PALS Service. Is cognisant of local Trust policies and adheres to policy and procedural guidance. Shows awareness of the major national policy initiatives and their influence on care delivery.

Actively works with the Team Leads and Team Managers to implement the vision for recovery-focused community mental health care. Actively engages in the audit process and local audit projects. Shows willingness to participate in the service evaluation. Acts as a role model in the clinical arena for other staff.
