What you will do:
Undertake comprehensive assessments including parenting assessments in a timely manner to inform the development of outcome-focused care plans with children and their families. Conduct care proceedings within the court, addressing both private and public concerns. Initiate and complete tasks within court timescales to achieve permanency plans for children, including adoption. Understand and respond effectively to the complexity of risks. Provide detailed records and analysis of your interventions with children and families. Work within pods designed to optimise management, oversight, and support for all Social Workers.
