£35 per hour An exciting role has become available at a local council. They are looking for a Social Worker to join their Integrated Multi-disciplinary team, offering a pay rate of £35 per hour. What will your responsibilities be? Work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality social work practice. Provide expert and effective social work in complex situations, ensuring that your work is planned, progressed, and reviewed in accordance with legislative and departmental requirements. Support the development of your staff and team, promoting an approach based on the principles of co-production. Promote and develop integrated and collaborative ways of working to achieve the best possible outcomes, including using Connect to Support. Manage high levels of risk, providing expert opinions on decisions surrounding complex cases. Support staff with supervision and performance monitoring. Provide expert leadership in strengths-based approaches to social care. Maintain high standards of professional practice to ensure the local authorities' legislative responsibilities are fulfilled. Explain good practice in response to primary legislation and personally demonstrate it. Write reports and contribute to court reports, including those for the Court of Protection.
