We are currently looking for an experienced Looked After Children (LAC) Social Worker to join a stable team in the North of Wales. You will only be assigned LAC cases where working from home is encouraged. You will work closely with foster carers to provide the best support, safeguarding and promoting the well-being of vulnerable children.
Furthermore, you will be building positive relationships with children, ensuring their voices are heard and advocating for their best interests. Finally, you will be responsible for developing and managing care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of children in care.
