As a social worker within the Learning Disability Team you will assess, plan, implement and review support packages for adults with a learning disability, their families and carers, with a primary focus on achieving positive outcomes and meeting assessed needs. What We're Looking For:

This post is considered as Regulated Work with Adults & Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential.
