Social Worker

- Undertake strengths-based Care Act assessments.
- Provide information, advice and signposting to residents and carers.
- Manage demand within an Access/Duty setting.
- Develop person-centred support plans focused on outcomes.
- Undertake and contribute to safeguarding enquiries.
- Manage risk, including applying Mental Capacity Act and DoLS principles.
Skills and requirements
- Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
- Experience within Adult Social Care , ideally in Access, Duty or Front Door services.
- Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding frameworks.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work under pressure.
