Location: Victoria Infirmary 93 East King Street Helensburgh, G84 7BU Salary: £42,392 - £45,860 per year Contract Type: Temporary Position Type: Full Time Hours: 35 hours per week Work From Home: Hybrid Service: Health and Social Care Partnership Closing Date: Tuesday 21st January 2025 Social Worker required within the Integrated Community Assessment Team based at the Jeanie Deans Unit in Helensburgh. The main function of the post is to carry an Adult Caseload and provide the full range of Assessments and Care Management functions for clients/patients being discharged from hospital back to the local community. You should be able to provide evidence of previous operational management skills in Adult Care Social Work and be skilled in Adult Protection practice.
