Social Worker- R&A - £35 p/hr
NonStop Care is currently working with a well-established authority in the Berkshire area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Assessment & Intervention team.
They offer the opportunity to work from home, giving you the chance to travel less and spend more time working on your caseload which will lead to greater job satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for undertaking social work on allocated cases producing outcome-based plans, having regard to the needs of, and risks to, children and their families. To develop effective relationships with children and young people (CYP) and their families to improve the impact of work and determine the level of service available ensuring written plans are agreed with the CYP and their families and reflect their views.
