Who You Are: Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 1 year experience. Strong understanding of safeguarding children. Excellent analytical and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to see the potential in people and work with a trauma-informed approach. Team player with a sense of humor. Confident in having difficult conversations. Proficient in IT skills and adaptable to new systems. Understanding of babies and child development. Commitment to working in line with regulations and National Minimum Standards.
