GBP37,000 - GBP45,000 (dependent on experience) Are you a passionate and dedicated Social Worker looking for an opportunity in Fostering? We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Social Worker to join our client's supportive and growing team, based in Taunton, Somerset. This role offers the chance to work with a small caseload of 5-6 families in a client rated 'Good' by Ofsted. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to fostering families, ensuring the best outcomes for children and young people in care. The role will be based at their office in Taunton, and will require you to be a driver with your own car, as home visits are an essential part of the job. Mileage from the office to home visits will be reimbursed. Key Responsibilities: Managing a small caseload of 5-6 families, providing regular support and intervention. Conducting assessments and ensuring safeguarding procedures are adhered to. Collaborating with a range of professionals to ensure the welfare of children in fostering placements. Offering advice, training, and guidance to foster carers. Managing and reviewing care plans, ensuring that children's needs are met.
