Team Manager Adults Mental Health Team
Are you an experienced social worker or manager who has the skills and passion to lead and manage a high performing operational Adult Mental Health Team?

Responsibilities:
Lead the operational team which covers the North East of Hampshire.
Responsible for managing a team of qualified social workers and case workers.
Contributing to the department's vision and strategic aims.
Committed to supporting the wellbeing of all your team members and promoting equal opportunities.
Demonstrate creative thinking, resilience, and have exemplary change management skills.
Contribute to the department's financial budgetary position and ensure the commissioning of quality and sustainable services.
