Must be in the office at least 2 days per week, with possible requirement for more days in office depending on service needs. You will work directly with people who use services, and those who care for them, as well as families, communities, and providers to ensure safe practice and protection from abuse. You will work with a diverse group of individuals, to promote their independence and advocate their decisions, views, and choices within their personal agreed outcomes. You will lead on and continue to develop and embed community led support (CLS); ensuring people have the right support in the area they require it. Producing high-quality assessments, accurately assessing and managing the highest level of risk and complexity. We have roles available for Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, and Assistant Team Leaders. If you are an experienced Social Worker, we want to hear from you! About You To excel in this role, you will be a qualified Social Worker dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for our residents. The ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, families, and partners is key to this role, along with working collaboratively within your team and contributing to its development. You will have experience in Social Work practice with adults in a statutory setting, as well as knowledge of and the ability to apply legislation, regulations, and Practice Guidance relevant to the post (including strength-based and proportionate practice).
