We are looking for a Soft Landings Manager to join our team at Manchester University Hospital to play a key role in our dynamic team. You’ll collaborate with project managers, design teams, compliance teams, and other MUFT stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of information, supporting the design, delivery, and handover of exciting projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with local asset management plans (LAMP), aligning with the Health & Care Segments Asset Management Plan (SAMP), and be proficient in using CAFM platforms and Active Plan for effective project information management. Clear understanding and deployment of the PFI Project Agreement and all relevant schedules. Working closely with Sodexo Health & Care Technical Services Manager to assure the efficient handling of asset, services lines, and location data into the Active Plan (PIM). Certified transfer of accurate new technical data from the Equans Lifecycle and MUFT Capital Projects workstreams into the Active Plan (PIM), and descoping of retired assets & location in the CMMS (Maximo). Production of SOPs/LOPs/workflows to support the efficient operation of the role and company objectives. Develop, deploy, communicate, and manage the site-specific LAMP. Ensure the asset register is kept up to date and meets the data standard requirements, inclusive of working with the Sodexo Projects work stream for successful enablement of change data into Global Maximo. Create recommendations for the ASoPM strategy, ensuring the right intervention for an asset is based on risk, condition, and performance. Use data and analysis output for scenario modelling and to enable effective decision making. Continuous improvement of new procedures, policies, systems, data collection and management. Essential

Held previous HTM Authorised Person formal appointments. Significant experience within a complex PFI & Consortium environment. Change management in business process driven culture change. Developing and managing internal and external relationships to ensure desirable outcomes. Ability to work across functions and with client and suppliers to achieve outcomes. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Strong Influencing skills. Authentic leadership skills. Desirable

ISO 55001 Certification. Personal industry Asset Management certification. Membership of a recognized industry professional body. What we offer
