We are seeking a motivated

Delivery Manager

with at least

1+ year

of experience in a software development environment. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of project delivery processes and will be ready to take on more responsibility in managing software development projects. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction. We would love to welcome you to our office, working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Your responsibilities day to day will be… End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage the complete delivery process for software development projects, from planning to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Team Leadership: Oversee and guide development teams fostering collaboration and productivity. Agile Practices: Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring effective sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential issues early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve obstacles to ensure smooth project execution. Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to maintain high standards of software quality and deliver reliable products. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements within the software delivery cycle, leveraging feedback, metrics, and retrospectives to enhance team efficiency. What do we expect of you? Ideal degrees would be in a relevant field such as business, computing, technology, or a related discipline. However, candidates with degrees in other fields who have relevant experience or skills are also encouraged to apply. Understanding of software development processes and tools (e.g., Agile methodologies, Git, CI/CD) is not essential but would be advantageous. Seniority level
