We are seeking a motivated
Delivery Manager
with at least
1+ year
of experience in a software development environment. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of project delivery processes and will be ready to take on more responsibility in managing software development projects. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction. We would love to welcome you to our office, working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Your responsibilities day to day will be… End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage the complete delivery process for software development projects, from planning to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Team Leadership: Oversee and guide development teams fostering collaboration and productivity. Agile Practices: Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring effective sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential issues early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve obstacles to ensure smooth project execution. Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to maintain high standards of software quality and deliver reliable products. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements within the software delivery cycle, leveraging feedback, metrics, and retrospectives to enhance team efficiency. What do we expect of you?
