Implement innovative solutions to improve software systems. Foster a collaborative environment within the technology department. Develop and maintain high-quality software products and services. Identify, prioritise and execute tasks in the software development life cycle. Facilitate regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code. Assist in resource allocation and planning for projects. Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code. The Successful Applicant A successful Software Dev Lead should have: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in development languages and platforms related to financial services technology. An analytical mindset and critical thinking. A demonstrated ability to lead a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
