Job Profile Trading since 1989, e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UK's number one residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. We complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors from Land's End to John O'Groats and Northern Ireland, offering nationwide coverage combined with invaluable local knowledge. We're part of the LSL Property Services Group PLC, which includes household names Your Move and Reeds Rains as well as the mortgage network PRIMIS. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, and estate agents in addition to private customers. This role entails working in the B2C team, managing existing accounts, nurturing relationships, and actively pursuing new accounts. You can anticipate allocating approximately 60% of your efforts to acquiring new business, 30% to managing existing accounts, and 10% to following up on warm inbound leads. The primary aim of this role is to expand and drive growth within the private survey sector while serving as a strong ambassador for e.surv. This is a remote position, with an expectation that 80% of your time will be spent on the phone or in virtual meetings. You will be responsible for managing your workload in quadrants, aligning with company objectives, and following guidance from your manager. This role demands a sense of urgency, a strong desire to succeed, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals, and a proactive approach to managing assigned data. OTE:

£45k Key Accountabilities: Manage a workload of new business prospects, existing accounts, and warm leads. Manage daily existing and lapsed users and contracts and place first cases. Proactively manage data, booking regular contact with existing customers and prospects. Update the CRM system daily with all customer contact and relevant information. Maximize existing accounts by understanding their business model and building relationships, ensuring e.surv is the brand of choice. Develop a sales workflow strategy to be effective and efficient with time. Accurate reporting and delivery of information in line with agreed team processes. Work alongside colleagues in the customer service team, sharing information and customer insight to develop great working relationships. Ensure client expectations are met with contact. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company values. Keep abreast of industry news by joining groups on LinkedIn and setting industry alerts. Support management at industry events if required. Audit and Compliance: Adhere to quality management guidelines as directed, in line with ISO 9001 frameworks. Ensure all mandatory compliance modules are completed for self and team members within set timescales. Identify risks and implement action plans to mitigate compliance failures. Ensure all company policies and security processes are adhered to. KPI s for Role: Minimum of three hours outbound call time per day (current will increase). All client records updated daily. Tasks managed through CRM systems. Achieve set monthly targets for activity and growth. Experience: Flexible approach to resolving problems and task management. Complaint resolution and customer care skills. Knowledge of the housing market and transactional sales is a plus.
