We are actively seeking a talented Software Developer to design, develop, and test innovative software solutions for e.surv and our clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Translate user requirements into actionable user stories, execute estimations, and lead planning and delivery initiatives. Collaborate decisively with other developers and analysts to ensure efficient project delivery within the team. Write robust code in Python, ReactJS, and SQL to meet and exceed all project requirements. Employ strong analytical skills to swiftly solve complex problems and challenges.

Essential Requirements:

Strong expertise in programming languages and frameworks, including Swift, ReactJS, Docker, Django, Python, and HTML5. In-depth knowledge of relational database management systems, particularly MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Proficient in Linux and Windows command line interfaces. Solid understanding of user interface design technologies. Exceptional verbal, written, and numerical communication skills. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with HR packages/databases. Independent self-starter capable of operating within defined guidelines or processes. Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels. Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive application documentation.

Experience, Qualifications, and Other Requirements Specific to the Role:

Essential: Relevant degree or equivalent. Desirable: STEM degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a software developer.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Proven experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Familiarity with Azure DevOps. Strong knowledge of data integrity and security concepts as they pertain to development. Understanding of ITIL principles. Comprehensive grasp of software development processes (SDLC).
