Software Developer

This is an exciting, newly created role with a long-standing client of the Michael Page Group. Reporting to the IT Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of software development as part of a small development team of 4 people. Client Details In return for your skills and expertise, you'll receive a salary in the region of GBP35k to GBP45k depending on experience along with a host of excellent benefits (pension, ongoing training & development, car scheme, etc.). Description This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is perhaps in their first software development role out of education and would like to join a business that will invest in your longer-term career and skills development. You'll be liaising with internal stakeholders on a regular basis, so good communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels within the business are highly advantageous. Profile To be successful in the role, you'll bring the following skills and experience: Demonstrable experience in software development & maintenance. Experience in the full SDLC with C#.NET, SQL Server, etc. Working knowledge of HTML5, Web API, CSS. Job Offer Please note that this is a hybrid role and the office is based outside of Glasgow, near Paisley; therefore, you should be able to commute 4 days per week (free parking if traveling by car).
