As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional software experiences for the WebSphere organization. Your responsibilities will encompass both developing new products and fine-tuning and sustaining existing code for optimal performance, functionality, and compatibility. You will be required to ensure the highest levels of quality through rigorous testing and debugging, and design and implementation of innovative features. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll be working closely with fellow developers, designers, and product managers to ensure our software aligns seamlessly with user expectations. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Software Development Expertise:

Strong background in software development, with 2 years or more of professional Java experience. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills:

Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving, with the ability to tackle complex issues and find effective solutions when provided logs, code, and configuration information. Comfortable working in a modern source code system:

Experience working with git & GitHub. Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team, contributing to collective goals and fostering a collaborative work environment. A self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to initiate and drive projects independently. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Experience with Java EE/Jakarta EE technologies Experience with Eclipse IDE Experience with Cloud based technologies such as Docker & Kubernetes Experience with build tools such as Maven, Gradle, and Ant. Experience using CI/CD pipelines About Business Unit
