$150,000 – $200,000 (Depends on Location, Market Rate and Experience) About Brave: Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Optimize and deploy ML models in production environments. Develop software solutions with a strong engineering background in Python. Utilize PyTorch or other modern ML frameworks effectively. Address on-device LLM deployment challenges. Ship ML features in consumer applications. Work with model optimization and inference frameworks (e.g., ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, Core ML). Required Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of experience optimizing and deploying ML models in production environments. Strong software engineering background with production experience in Python. Extensive experience with PyTorch or other modern ML frameworks. Knowledge of on-device LLM deployment challenges and opportunities. Proven track record of shipping ML features in consumer applications. Experience with model optimization and inference frameworks (e.g., ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, Core ML).
