Software Engineer – C/C++ SQL GUI – Electrical Product Development – Harrogate
A Leading Edge Engineering Design Technology Company is currently hiring for a Software Engineer with solid commercial experience in C/C++, SQL, and GUI to design and implement software on multiple servers and embedded platforms. To be considered, you must have the following experience: Proficiency in C/C++ (writing, design, testing, maintenance, documentation, and support). Understanding of GUI frameworks (ideally Qt and QML). Experience with SQL databases. Software version control. Distributed systems programming (server-client). Any experience with microcontrollers, embedded platforms, and electronic hardware would be a distinct advantage. Strong documentation experience and great communication skills. Due to the nature of this role being hands-on, you will be required to work on-site full time. Salary range is £40,000 to £50,000pa + benefits package.
