Software Engineer Role is based on site in Chard, Somerset - hybrid, flexible working patterns Salary £35K - £60K (DOE) plus generous benefits including relocation allowance (if required), Company pension and life insurance, wellness and health programmes and a lunchtime finish on a Friday! What skills and experience will the Software Engineer need? A minimum of 3 years demonstrable & relative experience in robotics, programming, or engineering. Capable of developing in C/C++, Python. Knowledge of path finding, navigation, forward kinematics algorithms. Experience with version control such as Git, SVN. Familiarity with electronics and low-level programming will be a benefit. Work well independently and as part of a team, using your own initiative. Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
