FanDuel is hiring for a **Frontend Software Engineer**, with **JavaScript or TypeScript experience** based within one of our teams in the Account vertical who focus on acquisitions (our offer to sign-up pipeline for customers). There is an interesting element of research and development as the team investigates various offers and aims to offer further personalisation to our potential customers.As a software engineer, you will work in empowered, multidisciplinary teams, collaboratively tackling complex challenges that provide the very best experiences and products for a growing community of millions of players.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Estimating stories/tasks accurately and deliver them in time. You keep yourself up to date with industry tools, utilities, and open-source frameworks.
**What We’re Looking For**
Experience and passion working with web libraries and frameworks, such as React and Typescript.
Demonstrated abilities driving operational excellence and software best practices.
Experience with testing concepts, test tools, and integrating testing and best practices in the SDLC.
Experience writing distributed, highly scalable and available backend systems & APIs using Java or similar programming languages (would be a bonus!)
