Aerodynamics Software Engineer , you will: Coordinate and manage the development of new aerodynamics toolsets, including planning and reporting on toolset releases. Collaborate with Aerodynamics Discipline Teams to harmonize requirements and ensure a unified engineering toolset. Drive future initiatives aligned with the Digital Engineering framework and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Supervise and guide team members in toolset development while promoting best practices. Support aerodynamics engineers in toolset use and development, fostering innovation and consistency. Promote and support toolsets within the Aerodynamics Engineering Community. What You'll Bring

Essential Skills and Experience: Experience in software development, methodologies, and version control systems. Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink. A degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience. Logical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Linux systems and programming languages such as Python or Java.
