Orion is working with a market leader in providing advanced test systems and facilities to the automotive industry. Their range includes e-motor, IC engine, power train, vehicle, and component testing.
They design, develop, and manufacture their own products and support them globally. Their customers include Tier 1 Vehicle Manufacturers, Formula One Teams, Marine builders, and Heavy Plant Manufacturers.
The Role of Software Engineer:
The role covers core product and application software development. The work encompasses their in-house high-speed data acquisition and test automation system, EtherCAT protocols, real-time control, WINDOWS desktop, and automation application development.
Responsibilities of the Software Engineer:
Designing and implementing control system, equipment interface applications, and tools.
Integrating software with electronic, mechanical, and fluidic systems.
Design and product documentation.
Requirements of the Software Engineer:
Prior experience in:
C#, C++, C
WPF, XAML
OOD/OOP, MVVM
MS Visual Studio
WINDOWS OS application development
RTOS application development
