A Day in the Life of a Software Engineering Graduate: Multidisciplinary Rotations:
Begin your journey with comprehensive onboarding, followed by hands-on rotations in operations. You'll gain a 360-degree view of how our team and technology collaborate to solve complex sports tech challenges. Agile Methodologies:
Dive into agile workflows, using two-week sprints to develop and deploy technology on a global scale. You'll work on both existing products and new developments that will be used in high-profile sports events worldwide. Collaborate with Experts:
Partner with our product team and interact directly with customers to understand their needs and requirements. This collaboration will help you develop innovative solutions that address some of the most intricate challenges in sports technology. Specialise and Innovate:
After completing your initial rotations, you'll specialise in a specific discipline, contributing to groundbreaking technology and enhancing your expertise in areas like C++, Java, or operations. 2025 Graduate Scheme Entry Requirements: Academic Background:
A BSc in Computer Science or a related discipline, ideally with a 2:1 or above. Technical Skills:
Demonstrable experience in software engineering, with a working knowledge of C++, Java, Python or other programming languages. Mindset:
