Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and drive strategy for the software team
Implement new tools and processes to improve team output
People management of a team of engineers
Plan & utilise software resources to develop on time solutions
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Experience as a Software Engineering Manager or similar position
Experience with programming languages such as C++, C, Assembler, C#
Experience of managing a team in an Agile environment
