We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager with good technical and people management skills to coach and inspire a team of talented Software Engineers in the delivery of innovative solutions. In this Technical Leadership role you will: Implement working processes to empower the team and lead to efficient and effective delivery Develop close working relationships with key business stakeholders and SMEs Work with architects and team members to agree the overall design of new products and features that aligns with technical strategy Proactively remove team delivery impediments Perform sprint delivery tasks to support the team in achieving their goals, being hands-on technically where necessary Work collaboratively with other development teams, utilising Agile methodologies and tools Lead recruitment activities, new starter onboarding and team composition planning You should be a technical leader with a background in C# and .Net Development; Azure experience is ideal.
