£80,000 - £95,000 An industry-leading organisation in the Hampshire area is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join the team at an exciting time of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will have strong experience in the following: Developing clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns, ensuring the development team adopts this. Highly experienced in driving team performance and continuous improvement. A strong general aptitude for programming and problem-solving. Strong experience with JavaScript, Node.JS, and SQL Server. Experience working with mature DevOps practices and can deep dive into the code when needed. Experience with automated testing and QA. Experience in building secure systems and implementing security best practices. Excellent communication skills.
