Software Engineering Manager
A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Software Engineering Manager with extensive knowledge of Power BI and Java to join a market leading financial services company based in Northamptonshire. The Software Engineering Manager will take lead and mentor a team of 10+ developers while also being able to be hands-on when called upon.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Software Engineering Manager who is looking to work for a fast growing organisation were you will be a key figure within the SDLC and the continued growth of the company.
If you are currently a Software Engineering Manager who leads a team of software engineers and has a passion to steer projects then this would be perfect for you! Please note you will be expected to go to the offices 2-3 times a week.
Skills that are required for a Software Engineering Manager are: * Experience in software development * The ability to lead a large Software Engineering team * Experience of Power BI and Java * Great Stakeholder Management
