Software Implementation Manager

to lead critical transformation projects for our private equity clients. The Role As the

Software Implementation Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment of our software solutions. Collaborating closely with private equity real estate clients, you will oversee end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring seamless adoption and delivering measurable business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your expertise in change management with cutting-edge technology to influence high-value projects. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership : Oversee the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-implementation support. Stakeholder Management : Engage with key client stakeholders to understand their needs, align on project goals, and ensure satisfaction. Change Management : Develop and execute strategies to ensure smooth transitions, managing resistance and fostering adoption. Risk & Issue Resolution : Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Team Collaboration : Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and client representatives, to deliver successful outcomes. Performance Measurement : Define and track KPIs to assess implementation success and ROI for clients. What We’re Looking For Experience : Minimum of 8+ years in software implementation, change management, or transfer management, preferably within the private equity or real estate sectors. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with private equity real estate operations and challenges is highly advantageous. Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a consultative and results-driven approach. Technical Acumen : Understanding of enterprise software systems and integration processes. Communication Excellence : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build lasting relationships.
