Software Integration Manager , you'll be at the heart of our mission, leading a team of talented engineers and ensuring the software quality and delivery for a specific vehicle line. Your Role: As a Software Integration Manager, you’ll be instrumental in supporting daily integration stand-ups, resolving issues, participating in technical forums, leading team meetings, and conducting coaching sessions. Your efforts will directly impact our products, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality before it reaches our customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of talented engineers, fostering their professional growth. Manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams. Drive the management of the software integration team, ensuring successful software quality and delivery for a vehicle line. Take accountability for the team's performance and risk mitigation, addressing major issues proactively. Represent Software Integration in engineering and technical reviews. Support complex issue analysis. Key Requirements: BEng/BSc in Electrical/Electronic discipline and/or Automotive Engineering. Proven integration experience and leading technical teams. Successful track record in delivering complex, distributed functions and integration project delivery. Why Aston Martin?
