Software Licence Analyst

to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Role Requirements

As the Software Licencing Analyst you will oversee all activities that optimise the value, cost and risk of software asset lifecycle while aligning to the business strategic requirements. You will monitor software agreements and renewal requirements assigned to your role to ensure RSA remains compliant while also driving efficiencies through license optimisation. You will support software procurement and negotiation of software contracts. You will define controls, processes, and procedures for effective software asset management. You will identify risks related to software licensing non-compliance and develop mitigation strategies. You will conduct regular software licence audits and report on consumption information. You will also collaborate with various departments to optimise software licence requirements and deployments. The Individual

To be successful in this role you will have knowledge and experience with software contracts. You will have direct experience with major software publishers. You will also have knowledge and experience of software asset management principles and processes. You will have familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow and Excel. You will have the flexibility and ability to flourish in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will have excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
