Role Overview As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing projects that drive client success. Qualifications and Skills : - Education: A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences. - Technical Coordination: Experience or comfort in working with technical teams and understanding project components at a high level. - Client-Focused: A proactive approach to client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. - Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Problem-Solving: Adept at analysing situations and offering practical, effective solutions. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, JIRA) and familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
