We’re seeking a
Software Release Engineer
to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our
Lead Software Releases and Management Engineer . This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field. Manage the end-to-end software releases process, ensuring that all releases are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Work closely with the Integration, Verification and Validation groups, planning and coordinating software deliveries and test activities. Responsible for maintaining a Software BOM for multiple product variants, and generating/managing software part numbers. Oversee the management of software issues databases, engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure issues are prioritised correctly and timely resolved. Develop and maintain release plans, schedules, and documentation for all software releases. Who you are
Degree in software engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience in end-to-end release management, with an emphasis on automotive software to ensure familiarity with industry-specific standards and practices. Ability to create and maintain Software BOMs, ensuring accuracy and traceability for multiple product variants. Proficiency in developing and tracking release plans, schedules, and documentation, with attention to detail and time management skills. About Us
