Software Sales Engineer
- Circa £45K - Isle of Wight (Hybrid)
Join a global sales team and play a key role in supporting customers through the sales cycle by promoting software solutions for safer, more efficient production. You'll use your technical expertise and process industry knowledge to understand client needs, recommend optimal solutions, and work with the team to close sales.
Responsibilities:
Support global sales to generate and close opportunities Provide product information and create tailored proposals Deliver presentations and demonstrations Communicate client needs to the development team Gather competitive intelligence
Requirements:
Degree-level qualification in engineering or software 3+ years' experience in process automation or software sales Strong technical background in process industry/software technologies Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships Willingness to travel internationally Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desirable:
Experience with complex software solutions and Plant Information Management Solutions Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and process industry technologies
Salary:
circa 45K
