Software Sales Specialist - Notting Hill, West London (W10)
Strategic Agenda creates compelling software for localization agencies and SME businesses.
We're looking for someone to lead and expand sales of TranslationProjex, a business management system, and Robert, a cutting-edge AI CAT tool.
So what will you actually be doing?
Your primary role will be driving sales of our 2 core products: TranslationProjex and Robert. A typical day might range from demonstrating the product to a client in the US to generating social media product buzz.
Responsibilities will include:
Serve as the first point of contact for any sales inquiries.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
Manage subscriptions.
Train existing clients on the platform.
Escalate issues to the development team and follow up on their resolution.
Create content (support docs, videos) to help users help themselves.
