will give you all the technical skills needed to start your first Software Developer role, or to help you progress into a Software Developer apprenticeship. What you will learn The programme will build technical knowledge and hands-on skills needed to start your career. This will include: Database Design Python Gaining a wide variety of technical and practical skills, and upon completion, you’ll be perfectly placed to progress onto one of our digital apprenticeships or move into full-time employment. Our Skills Bootcamp focuses on making candidates as employable as possible by giving them the skills, qualifications, and career and recruitment support needed to get into a Development role. Eligibility Criteria Our Software Technician Skills Bootcamps are available to all adults, regardless of prior attainment aged 19+. Applicants must: Live in the North East Mayoral Combined Authority region (i.e., Darlington, Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, or Sunderland). Be employed, self-employed, career changers, returners to work, or unemployed within the last 12 months. Have access to a reliable internet connection with a PC/Laptop. Have the right to live and work in the UK.
