The successful candidate will join an expanding business, and you will have an essential role within the business to support customers with the implementation and maintenance of their products. Role Overview: As a Software Support Specialist, you will be customer-facing, so outstanding customer service skills are essential. You will be supporting customers remotely, identifying root causes to technical problems, and collaborating with internal teams to reduce future support issues. Role Responsibilities: Be the first point of support for customers. Provide remote support, communicating effectively to troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate to the relevant team member. Collaborate with in-house teams such as Product Owners, engineering, or relevant colleagues to ensure effective resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer base. Document inbound tickets and create knowledge-based troubleshooting guides. Skills: Experience working within an IT technical role. Experience troubleshooting software applications. Experience with CRM or ERP systems like Salesforce. Strong and effective customer service and communication skills. Development skills in PHP, C#, HTML, or .NET are desirable. Salary & Location: This role is office-based and will require you to be onsite full time. This position is available on a full-time permanent basis. Think you're a good match?
