About This Opportunity Become a part of Commercial Lending for Lloyds Banking Group as a Software Systems Analyst and seize a unique chance to influence the future of the Commercial Cards business. We're looking for a Software Systems Analyst to drive our ambitions to grow our Commercial Cards business, focus on improving the client experience, and change how we work. What You'll Do Work as part of agile feature teams to design, build and deliver incremental improvements for our clients and gather customer feedback. Learn the Cards processing platforms, high-level architecture, data architecture, and the configuration capabilities. Define, develop and test configuration changes and manage the release process. Implement robust change management processes that adhere to IT security principles. Test configuration changes and new platform releases, leveraging and developing test automation tooling. Learn and apply IT policies, such as data compliance and controls. Analyse platform data and lead on implementing improvements. Collaborate with vendors to raise system issues and manage the resolution to conclusion, always looking for opportunities to improve ways of working. Incident and problem management to continuously improve product performance.

What You'll Need We're a team, always learning and developing, here are the skills we aim to develop and improve on which are all based on having a passion and enthusiasm for learning new skills:

Good understanding of software systems and configuration. Ability to code basic SQL to analyse data and investigate issues. Basic skills in a software language and interest to learn more (preferably node.js/typescript). Experience with agile delivery methods, including planning, tracking, and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisions efficiently, ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Experience in public cloud-based delivery, infrastructure delivery, and application migrations. Knowledge of Cards processing platforms is highly desirable (preferably Fiserv Vision+ or TSYS TS2). Knowledge of VISA payments is desirable.
