Job Description Ensure all tasks are undertaken within the spirit of the Institute's purpose and values. Significant relevant experience of JavaScript, Python, Django. Support our data environment and ensure all data flows between systems are accurate. Provide support to staff on all systems. Ensuring the security of the software design, including implementing robust security policies and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices for handling and managing data. Continuously seek to expand a range of skills in accommodating changes in the wider data access and technical landscape. As required by the Head of IT Services, undertake tasks that relate to accessibility, attendance management, and learning management system quality standards. Maintain and support Office 365 environment (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.). Use all IT systems appropriately and effectively, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. The Successful Applicant Qualifications Microsoft 365 certification Post Graduate degree in IT ITIL certification Full stack developer certification

preferred Experience and Attributes A thorough understanding of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and work positively with a wide range of people. Ability to work independently as well as take direction and work collaboratively across divisional and departmental boundaries. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise. Knowledge of data management and data integrations.
