Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all development activities within the Software team. Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient workflow. Ensure compliance with IEC 62304 standards for software development and operations. Take accountability for software release estimates and feature delivery. Collaborate with the Commercial team, customers, and various internal teams to capture and decompose requirements. Support verification, debugging activities, release processes, and other software lifecycle components. Work closely with electronics engineers, life scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders in all aspects of software product design and delivery. Participate in all stages of software development as required by workload and team goals. Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in embedded software development. Proficiency in Android development. Previous experience within the medical sector is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team or the career aspirations to become a team lead. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. In-depth knowledge of IEC 62304 and ISO 13485 standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
