Software Test / Interoperability Engineer

role might just be the one for you!

Working in a friendly agile delivery team of this well-established manufacturer of specialised communications devices, you will be focusing on writing, maintaining, and executing test cases as well as verifying the software solutions on new and legacy hardware platforms.

Experience and Skills for this Software Test Engineer position:

MUST have lived in this country for the past 3 years for security clearance purposes.

Degree in relevant subject.

Considerable commercial software testing experience.

High level of technical understanding.

Ability to communicate with core software development team to understand solution behaviour and explain fault details.

Willingness to travel occasionally.

Clean driving licence and be a car owner.

Nice to have:

ISTQB certification.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Working knowledge of source code management technologies.

Experience with automated test frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, etc.).

Knowledge of software development / issue tracking systems (e.g. Jira, etc.).

Experience with web service technologies (e.g. SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.).
