As they focus on making best use of their data offering, they have added to their team with several key hires this year and require an experienced Software Tester to join their team. You will be working within a dynamic software engineering function, testing their cutting-edge software solutions to maintain and enhance what is already industry leading products. The role itself will involve working as part of an Agile team utilising the 3 Amigos approach while providing a mix of function and non-functional testing as well as some Automated testing using MS Playwright. Applicants are free to work from home 4 days per week with one collaboration day per week in their Glasgow office. Testing software releases across the App Development Process working as part of the 3 Amigos approach including sprints and retrospectives. Provide feedback on non-functional and functional aspects of testing by reviewing requirements and specifications. Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-organized test plans and test cases. Execute manual and hybrid (partially automated) test scripts. Track, update, and ensure the closure of bug reports as necessary. Design, develop, and run automation scripts using Microsoft Playwright. Configure test environments as required to perform assigned testing tasks. Create and manage test data for both manual and automated testing scenarios. Support the review and refinement of test processes during their development. What you will bring:

Experience in developing detailed, comprehensive, and well-organized test plans and test cases. Ability to execute manual and hybrid (partially automated) test scripts. Proficiency in tracking, updating, and ensuring the closure of bug reports as necessary. Experience in designing, developing, and running automation scripts using Microsoft Playwright. Ability to configure test environments as required to perform assigned testing tasks. Experience in creating and managing test data for both manual and automated testing scenarios.
