The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing user adoption and proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, and with other applications, particularly around the Cloud migration. As our

Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement a robust adoption plan, ensuring that users effectively leverage Copilot’s capabilities, promoting its benefits and best practices, and providing feedback and suggestions for improvement. will be responsible for: Developing and executing a user adoption strategy that aligns with organizational goals. Training early adopters and champions within the organization to become advocates and mentors. Designing and developing training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and interactive e-learning modules. Facilitating workshops and hands-on training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize Microsoft Copilot features. Customizing content based on different user roles and skill levels. Collaborating with teams to identify and prioritize scenarios where Copilot can add value. Understanding user needs and tailoring adoption plans accordingly.
