Unify Renewables is excited to represent one of the UK's leading renewable energy companies in their search for a skilled Field-Based Solar and Renewables Electrician. As a Field-Based Solar and Renewables Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of solar PV systems and related renewable energy technologies. Operating across York, Lincoln, and the surrounding areas, you'll be at the forefront of a company dedicated to driving sustainable energy adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and commission solar PV systems in domestic and commercial properties. Perform routine maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of renewable energy systems. Ensure compliance with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and other relevant standards. Carry out electrical testing and provide certification in accordance with 2391 standards (or equivalent). Work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure high standards of delivery. Stay updated on emerging technologies and practices within the renewable energy sector.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. Desirable:

2391 Inspection and Testing qualification or equivalent. Demonstrable experience in solar PV installation, servicing, and repair (domestic and commercial). A full UK driving license. Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality and safety. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
