Due to recent contract wins, our client has a large order book of Kent-based domestic installs. They are looking to add an electrician to the team for a minimum of 3 months initially.
As a Field-Based Solar and Renewables Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation of solar PV systems and related renewable energy technologies. Operating across Kent, you'll be at the forefront of a company dedicated to driving sustainable energy adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, and commission solar PV systems in domestic properties. Ensure compliance with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and other relevant standards. Carry out electrical testing and provide certification in accordance with 2391 standards (or equivalent). Work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure high standards of delivery.
What We're Looking For: Essential: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. Desirable: 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification or equivalent. Demonstrable experience in solar PV installation, servicing, and repair (domestic and commercial). A full UK driving license and own vehicle. Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality and safety. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
