What the role involves

• Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and small commercial properties.
• Carry out roof preparation, mounting system installation, and panel fitting.
• Ensure all roofing work is completed to a high standard, maintaining weatherproofing and structural integrity.
• Work closely with experienced electricians to support AC/DC installation requirements.
• Adhere to all health & safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Maintaining a clean and organised worksite.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience in solar PV installation and/or roofing is highly desirable.
• Strong practical skills and a good understanding of construction or roofing practices.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
• Good teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
