Engage in the installation and maintenance of Solar PV systems, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Progressive Learning:

Participate in projects as a key team member with the prospect of evolving into a leadership role, overseeing project execution and team performance. Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction. Innovative Problem-Solving:
Apply critical thinking and creativity to resolve complex challenges, contributing to project success. Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety and quality. Candidate Essentials: A professional, proactive approach to work, with a strong commitment to quality and excellence. Valid UK driving licence. Proven experience in Solar PV installations, with a keen interest in technological advancements in renewable energy. Qualifications: 18th Edition, NVQ3 & AM2, or equivalent credentials that satisfy NICEIC requirements. Willingness to obtain 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification. Ambition to develop into a supervisory role, showcasing leadership potential. Requirement to pass a DBS check. Competency in basic IT skills.
