Solar Roofing Engineer Required . Our client has been providing buildings support to local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts, and private sector clients for over 40 years.
Job Overview: Successful candidates will perform safe installation of all mounting, DC cables, and panels in respect of solar photovoltaic panels. Candidates will be provided with training as a Solar Roofing Engineer and will also be part of onsite safety checks and interpreting designs.
Safe installation of all mounting, DC cables, and panels in respect of solar photovoltaic panels. Onsite safety of all roofing staff, customers, and the general public. Trade-specific development of solar roofing engineers. Accurately interpret designs provided by the company and record evidence of completed work using the equipment provided by the company.
Job Requirements: Experience in any electrical work or roofing is advantageous. Working at heights, working with glass, working with DC electricity, and manual handling qualifications are highly desirable.
Salary & Benefits: Salary: £27,000 Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 08.00 - 17:00, 40 hours a week. Holiday Package: 21 days + 8BH increasing based on service.
